Currently serving as the Director of the Tower Division, Doug is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of all tower management, project bids, financial tracking, subcontractor coordination, and client acquisition strategies. With a keen eye for financial feasibility and a proactive approach to business development, Doug has consistently driven successful project completions and client satisfaction.

With a foundation rooted in hands-on experience, Doug began as a Tower Technician and steadily climbed the ranks through roles as a Tower Foreman, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Director.

Doug’s multifaceted background, coupled with a relentless pursuit of excellence and commitment to safety and quality, continues to define his leadership in the telecommunications and construction domains.
